Tour of Gardens 2009
The Woodinville Garden Club’s tenth annual Tour of Gardens will be held on Saturday, July 18th from 10 AM to 4 PM. Five private local gardens are featured that offer patrons a visual feast of color and texture, unique plant combinations and artistic embellishments.
Tickets for this self-guided tour and reception are $15 and include garden descriptions and driving directions.
Other tour day events include a Perennial Plant Sale at Garden #2 featuring a quality selection of plants, many in one-gallon containers. Artists from the Cottage Lake Artists Guild will be painting in action in Gardens #1 and #4.
Following the tour, there will be a reception at Molbak's in the Event Stage Area from 3:30 to 5:00pm. Tour patrons will enjoy light appetizers from Russell dean Lowell's Garden Café and wine tasting by renowned DeLille Cellars. The raffle drawing for this year's three prizes─the original tour artwork by Peggy Goldsmith, a $100 gift card to Molbak's and an overnight accommodation for two at Willows Lodge─will take place at this event. Winners need not be present. Raffle tickets will be on sale at all the gardens throughout the day.

Available after May 30th, tickets can be purchased at Molbak’s (Woodinville), Classic Nursery (Redmond) and Ravenna Gardens (Kirkland Park Place and Seattle).
